We regret to announce the death of Piers Hendrik Hagan who passed away peacefully on the morning of Tuesday 11th November aged 76. The funeral took place the following day.
Piers was born to parents Lizzie and David Hagan on March 1st 1938. He is survived by his wife Evelyn, sons Karl and Colin, granddaughter Kaitlyn and his brother Donald.
Piers worked in the Fishing Factory and as a fisherman for many years. Later he worked in the Public Works Department until he retired. He was also part of the team who built the Tristan Thatched House for the
Tourism Department.

Piers thoroughly enjoyed working at the Potato Patches, which he did up until just a couple of weeks before his death. He was at his happiest when he was busy. He was always cheerful, smiling and caring to all who met him. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
