New Conservation Department Created

The Tristan da Cunha Government has announced the creation of the new Tristan Conservation Department (TCD). The new department is separate from Agriculture and Natural Resources Department with Trevor Glass as Head of Department, Norman Glass as Assistant and Kirsty Green as Clerk. This move has been welcomed as a very positive move with regard to the conservation management of Tristan by experts abroad. Tristan's Conservation Department can be contacted on
