Second SA Agulhas II voyage to Tristan of 2025

The SA Agulhas II has been chartered to make second voyage to Tristan this year, to bring contractors for several infrastructure projects. Originally, the SA Agulhas I had been booked to make this voyage, but for operational reasons this had to be rescheduled and changed to the Agulhas II. She should be at Tristan from the 1st to the 17th November, approx. She may also visit the scientific station at Gough Island during that time if conditions permit.

Departure from Cape Town
The SA Agulhas II departed Cape Town on the 28th October 2025 at about 03:30am. There are 27 passengers.
Contractors: Paul Ferriera plus four (Roads Team); Richard & Martina Noble plus three (Electrical Team); Nicolaas Ferreira plus seven (Hospital Ventilation Systems Team); Gerhard Kapp plus one (Harbour Team).
