MFV Lance's September 2026 Voyage

Departure from Tristan
Passengers boarded the MFV Lance at 5:20pm on Friday 25th September 2026 and she departed for Cape Town at 6:15pm.
Passengers are: Islanders: David & Doreen Swain, Karl Hagan, Terence Green, and Elizabeth Rogers; Non-islanders: Anel De Waal (Nurse), and Andrew Turley (Internet Engineer).

Arrival at Tristan
The MFV Lance arrived at Tristan at about 7:00am on Saturday 19th September 2026 and passengers came ashore just after 9:00am. Offloading commenced and was completed about 6:45pm.
Passengers were:
Roads & Harbour Team: Paul Ferreira, Vinini Xambesi, Thulani Mofu, Jadin Arends, Gerald Van Heerden and Craig Kastoor;
Electrical/Solar Team: Mzukisi Dingane, Ndiphiwokuhle Mazeka and Wageng Khumalo.
Departure from Cape Town
The MFV Lance departed Cape Town on Thursday 10th September at 11.08 CT time. Please note; this voyage departed six days earlier than scheduled in order to expedite infrastructure projects and to deconflict with the rescheduled SA Agulhas II voyage. Both ships are loaded to full capacity.
