Yacht Do Do arrived at Tristan on Saturday 21st January 2017 at 5pm. Onboard was a South African couple, Roux and Christine Gerber, who came ashore on Sunday to spend the day. They enjoyed some sightseeing and had a beer at the remotest pub. On Monday they also visited the island to get some much needed diesel and a few fresh supplies. The couple had attempted to visit Tristan twice before but was only lucky the third time around. The yacht had travelled from St Helena and after having a few days rest at Tristan will sail onto Cape Town.
