Silver Explorer's visit

The 6072 tonne cruise ship Silver Explorer visited Tristan on 15th March and continued to Nightingale Island for a visit the following day. First built as MS Delfin Clipper in 1989, the ship was bought by Silversea and underwent a re-fit 2007-8 after which she was re-named MV Prince Albert II. The vessel then became Silver Explorer in 2011.

The ship continued to Cape Town.
