which included a two minute silence. 
Dereck returned from a protracted time in the UK with his wife Hilary a few months ago
and it is good to see him on duty again at St Joseph's.

The ceremony at the flag pole included poems, read by Ian and Philip, who read the poem by Mary Elizabeth Fry, "Do not stand at my grave and weep"

In a traditional united approach to this annual event, the 2026 Remembrance Sunday service will be held at St Mary's Anglican Church.
