Chief Islander sworn in as Acting Administrator
On 4th July 2023 Chief Islander James Glass was sworn in as Acting Administrator after returning to Tristan from a memorable trip to the UK, during which he met King Charles III and attended the coronation. He arrived back aboard MFV Lance on 1st July. He replaces Treasurer Lorraine Repetto who acted as Acting Administrator after James' departure from Tristan in March.

James will continue as Acting Administrator until the arrival of Administrator-Designate Philip Kendall aboard SAS Agulhas II in September.
