The Foreign and Commonwealth Office has reverted to its previous approach to handling Tristan da Cunha business - but with a Viennese twist. Once again Tristan shares a 'desk officer' with the Pitcairn Islands in the Pacific. But modern methods of remote working mean Mark McGuinness can be based at the British embassy in Vienna. Tristan's UK Representative Chris Carnegy caught up with him during one of Mark's regular visits to London. |
