Returning to ship

The Bark Europa arrived on the morning of Saturday 18th March 2017, and began disembarking her 40 passengers and crew ready for a day of activities. The day's programme included guided tours of Edinburgh village, St Mary's School, the Potato Patches, the Fishing Factory, and the Monitoring Station. Visitors also partook in an organised round of golf, purchased souvenirs and philatelic material, and enjoyed beverages and refreshments at Albatross bar and Café da Cunha. Sadly as the day progressed the sea conditions started to deteriorate and passengers started embarking at 16:30, earlier than planned. The Bark Europa did remain anchored offshore for the evening, seeing no improvement in the weather, she departed early Sunday morning en-route to Cape Town.

If you were on the Europa, we would appreciate receiving your feedback using our Visitors' Feedback Form.
