"We are currently experiencing problems with our email server resulting in some emails being delayed indefinitely and some taking days to come through/go out. Although not restricted to emails with attachments, to help us get to the bottom of the problem can you please refrain from sending us large email attachments. If you have sent an email and are waiting for a reply, we apologise. In those circumstances, please call the addressee. We are working with our mail server supplier in Cape Town to sort this out and will let you know when things are back to normal."
