On the 30th May 2017, the Tourism Department, Marina Burns and Tracy Price held a pensioners afternoon at the Tourism Centre. It was very well attended and pensioners enjoyed bingo, card games and checkers. Bingo prizes were donated by Alan and Ann Ashworth, and card and checkers prizes were donated by Bob Carse. After this everyone enjoyed tea and cake and then watched an old Tristan DVD.
